Keith was part of the FA Youth Cup winning team in 1992. The talented winger from Northern Ireland played nine games for United, before moving to Newcastle United, where he played in the UEFA Champions League. Gillespie also played in the Premier League for Blackburn Rovers, Leicester City and Sheffield United. In Blackburn he won the Football League Cup in 2002.
