European Cup 1968 final: In the last five minutes of normal time, Benfica’s superstar Eusébio had two changes. Both were saved by Stepney. Eusébio was so astonished at Stepney’s latter save that he stopped to applaud the keeper as Stepney threw the ball back into play.
